Customer Service Administrator - German speaking - Bournemouth - £25,000

This role requires a German speaker who can communicate with European customers and clients. Working hours are 7:30am to 4pm (1 hour lunch)

Monday to Thursday & 7:30am to 12:45pm on Fridays.


Main responsibilities:

  • To ensure all incoming orders are entered on to the inhouse system
  • All administration tasks must be carried out in a timely manner
  • Answer customer & distribution queries relating to the complete product range
  • Carrying out all follow ups with order enquiries
  • Prepare and check paperwork for exporting
  • Liaise with other departments to process orders effectively
  • Raise quotations for new enquiries and sales
  • Work with Quality Control to resolves queries surround returns or quality issues

Key skills & experience:

  • German speaking able to communicate via written & verbal means
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • IT literate ideally within Microsoft Office programmes
  • Good Communication skills and telephone manner
