Description
Residential Services are seeking to recruit to provide a comprehensive customer service.Your duties will include working at reception handling a wide variety of enquiries, distribution of mail and parcels, carrying out health and safety checks, reporting repairs and generally responding to operational issues as required.
You should have a personable manner and excellent communication skills.You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Relevant experience in a customer service/hospitality environment is essential. A uniform will be provided.The post is part time Thursday to Monday hours 5 per day, weekdays 3pm-8pm, weekends 9am-1pm or 1pm-6pm. Flexibility with hours are required.
