Fin Search are recruiting a FP&A Manager on a permanent basis for market leading, manufacturing business based in Goole.

The business is easily accessible from the M62, Pontefract, Selby, York and Doncaster.

As FP&A Manager, this role will report in to the ACA qualified Finance Director, responsible for the management of the commercial finance function with the view to delivering timely and accurate financial analysis and forecasting across the business.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, sales and margin reporting, quarterly forecasting, customer profitability analysis, provide a business partnering service to the sales and marketing functions, factory variance reporting, identification ofcost saving and profit improvement initiatives.

This role will also be responsible for the management of a finance analyst.

Be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
Have worked in a relevant role previously
Have strong interpersonal skills

**Up to £55,000 + £8,000 car allowance + 10% bonus scheme + free on site parking + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and increasing with service + bupa medical cover + pension scheme + death in service x 4 + flexible working hours + hybridworking (3 days office and 2 days from home)
