£24,483 (OTE £26,683)

DESCRIPTION
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor to work in our dynamic team, England's leading Hotel and Resort.

After a beautiful refurbishment we now have over 300 bedrooms, Rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilitiesincluding our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for golf.


The Restaurant


This 220-seat restaurant that offers a number of seasonal menu options, ranging from our stunning one rosette À la Carte menu to chefs table and a Sunday Carvery.

It also benefits from a theatre kitchen where we prepare and cook our steaks and roasts allin view of the guest.


Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £26863 annual salary, compromising of a base salary of £24383 plus a qualified estimate of £2480 gratuities per annum


The Job:

This role is 45 hours per week, from 12 or 3pm until close


This role will include:

  • Overseeing key services and ensuring a fantastic experience for all our guests
  • Working with the Restaurant Manager to establish and implement standards of performance within the Restaurant
  • Ensuring the team is fully briefed and trained
  • Creating an environment which promotes employee morale and pride

  • An experienced supervisor who has led teams in busy, serviceled restaurants

  • An inspirational leader who develops your team and fosters excitement for our food and drinks offering
  • Fantastic eye for detail
  • Experienced in taking ownership over your department and achieving financial and guest targets
  • Able to develop strong relationships with your guests, team, and colleagues
