£50,000-£60,000 DOE

Nottingham

Hybrid - 2 days office, 3 days home

Full time or 4 days per week

Are you looking for a role to bring fresh ideas and new strategies to Talent and Development for a changing organisation?


I am really excited to be able to share this Talent and Development Business Partner role, supporting on the developing of the performance management and career pathways for a growing business based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre.

You will be partof a wider L&D team of c4 L&D Business Partners, reporting into the Head of L&D, each with their own specialism, including Leadership and Digital Learning.


The business is currently undergoing a large growth plan therefore changes are required in the Talent programme in order to meet the needs of the organisation and ensure the function is fit for purpose.

The role requires someone comfortable creating toolsto identify talent in the business, build career pathways for these talented individuals and provide succession plans for these to individuals to progress effectively resulting in enhanced employee retention.

Management development and coaching is a huge focusand therefore tailored and focussed sessions will be delivered to managers on how to best support the internal talent.

Additional support will be given to both recruitment and the future leader teams to identify and attract the next influx of new starters.

  • Create new tools to identify internal talent
  • Build career pathways across the business to provide clear progression opportunities for internal talent
  • Partner and coach Senior Leaders and Managers to give them the skills to best nurture the talent
  • Work with recruitment and early careers teams to create ways to attract and recruit the next cohort of talent
  • Influence and engage stakeholders to contribute to the overall success of the Talent Development Programme
