£21,107 - £24, 150 (depending on live-in or live-out)

The Role
Our people create a guest experience that is as unique and memorable as Langdale.

Our front of house team welcome and care for our guests throughout their stay providing unforgettable experiences in a luxury hideaway within the Lakes.

As part of a small and friendly team, you will be an integral part of the guest experience, providing warm, knowledgeable, and tailored support to guests as they relax across our 35-acre estate.

About the Role

  • Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
  • Provide a swift and effective checkin process for the day's arrivals, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Deal with inhouse guest requests, recording all feedback for seamless shift handovers.
  • Support all our guests and timeshare owners with enquiries.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data in all systems and provide the necessary daily information required.
  • Be the first point of contact by telephone for our inhouse guests may have about the hotel and local area.
  • Ensure all telephone calls as answered quickly and as efficiently as possible.
  • Report any maintenance issues and following internal processes through to handover or completion.
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest billing, financial transactions, and the reception float.
  • Maintain the brand standards of our reception and public spaces as well as keeping areas tidy and presentable.
  • To cover the role of reservationist as/when required.
