    POSITION OVERVIEW:


    We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate to join the EOS IT Solutions team and help us achieve our goals of excellent service and growth as a team.

    You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about pricing, orders and deliveries and provide support for external sales representatives.

    A good knowledge of customer service best practices with experience is preferable, alongside a willingness to learn.

    Good organizational skills, Excel experience and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

    Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and exhibit a willingness to grow as part of a team and within the role.*Please note, this position is an on-site role based at our Banbridge HQ, in Northern Ireland.


    ABOUT THE POSITION:
    Produce quotations to suit requirementsProcess sales orders / customer purchase ordersCheck data accuracy in output, including quotations, orders, and invoicesContact clients to obtain missing information or answer queriesMaintain and update sales and customer recordsCommunicate feedback from customers to internal departments to improve our servicesEnsure all enquiries are responded to rapidly and diligentlyFollow up on lapsed customers for quote/ requirement validation and supportFollow company policies and proceduresSupport and facilitate the Customer Account Team


    ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
    Degree in business related subject.
    Hand's on experience with Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
    Able to work to own initiative and as part of a team.
    Ability to work with data and metrics.
