The role:
Client Support Administrator
We have a great opportunity to join our Media and Entertainment team in Birmingham or London as a Client Support Administrator.
This position could suit an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge within the insurance market or someone from a different field, even a college/university leaver looking for an opportunity to get in to an insurance role with career progression opportunities.

We will rely on you to:
- Support clients and internal client advisors in all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
- Works on building long term relationships with key client decision makers and stays abreast of key changes within the client's organisation
- Prepare components for review by more senior Advisory colleagues, including the analysis of: pricing, coverage terms and conditions, services, quote comparisons, commentary and recommendations.
- Issuing accurate certificates, evidence of cover, reports and spreadsheets, diarising of documents to support the client advisors
- Actively supports the team in ensuring service is of the highest standard and completed in a timely effective and efficient manner
- Where necessary, contact clients in relation to renewal payments
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to have:
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Fully Competent in Microsoft Office Products
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and organisational skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
