CDL Personnel are recruiting for an established and expanding Care company.

Location:
Romford

Salary:

- £10.50 per hour Monday to Friday
- £11.50 per hour on weekends
- £15.80 per hour bank holiday pay

0.45p mileage per mile
Travel time included

Working Hours:
Casual - Mornings, Afternoon and Evening shifts available
(Flexibility required)

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting service users with their daily personal care needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality
Assisting with hygiene, mobility and physical comfort
Reporting to our dedicated team regarding any illness, accident or event incurred
Undertaking observations and document this as necessary in care plans
Offering ongoing comfort to service users who may be ill or requiring care at the end of their life, whilst making sure that their needs are fulfilled

What you will need to succeed

Have a genuine interest in caring for vulnerable people.
Have personal or professional experience of caring for others, or a willingness to learn
Be eager and willing to undertake further necessary training
NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable, but not essential.
