MESM, a part of Avantor is looking for a Calibrations Administrator to join our friendly team on a 6-month temporary contract.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 9-5
Location:
The Solutions Hub, Buckshaw Village, Chorley PR7 7EL
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist the Calibration Coordinators with the management of 3rd Party Vendors and internal vendors.
- Updating the system with all required calibration updates on a daily basis.
- Maintaining the midstudy calibration certificate record keeping so all documents are available on request.
- Assisting the administration of our revenue streams to ensure all invoicing is processed in accordance with MESM TAT and balanced against costs.
- Produce accurate and timely reports to support customer and business needs.
- Assisting with analysing, reporting, and presenting information on performance metrics and areas of concern.
- Providing support as required to the Mid Study Coordinators.
- An administrative background is desired but not essential
- good attention to detail and someone who can work well with others
