Regional Sales Manager / Sales Area Manager - Global Luxury Brand - Southwest


We are currently recruiting for a global leading luxury brand, who you would instantly recognise through TV, Radio and advertising.

As a company they own a number of iconic brands and their products are sold in over 100 different countries.

This is workingwithin a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for people with a field-based people management experience to manage one of the top performing teams in the UK.


Client:

Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of fast-moving consumer goods across the world. The brands are extremely well-known and recognisable through TV, radio and advertising.

As a company they have been established for over 100 years, turnover 20billion euros and employ over 50,000 people worldwide.

The role is working with one of their most recognisable brands in the company managing a high-performing and well-established team.


Role:

You will be responsible for Lead the assigned sales area in order to achieve the company targets and the agreed set of KPIs in order to grow the business and increase market share

  • Managing a team of 78 people
  • Enforce sales strategy based on market demand, trade structure and competitive environment
  • Establish longterm client relationships with valueadding proposals
  • Perform inthefield coaching / training of the field based Sales Representatives in the Southwest
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Experience within the FMCG industry or a luxury brand (hair, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, etc)
  • High Commercial and financial awareness
  • Strategic thinker with a good sense for facts and figures
  • Excellent team leading and communication skills
  • High level of numeracy & IT proficiency

Package:


  • Basic Salary: negotiable based on level of experience
  • Bonus: £26,000 p/a
