Role overview

About the Role

To support and educate the importance of a right firsttime process
Monitor, check and sign off work, to encourage a right firsttime policy
Oversee picking and loading of all our vehicles to support a strong team ethos
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Plan the schedule (set by the logistics admin team) to ensure lorries are loaded safely and efficiently
Monitor team performance via KPI's reports
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly team debriefs

About You

Must hold a valid Reach FLT licence
Must have experience of working within a warehouse environment
Driving licence and Counterbalance FLT licence would be highly advantageous, however not essential
Must be able to communicate effectively with the team and management
Experience of managing a team and leadership experience would be highly advantageous, however not essential
IT Literate
