Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to the Customer Service Standards and work towards agreed team KPIs.
  • Store samples in appropriate locations/conditions
  • Receive and inspect samples upon arrival.
  • Accurately register samples into the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
  • Prepare samples for laboratory analysis following established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of sample information, including date received, source, and storage conditions.
  • Coordinate with laboratory personnel to prioritize sample testing

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working within the food industry
  • Experience of AIS LIMS is advantageous
