We are looking for responsible, caring people to join our fantastic team at Walnut Birdge House, Sheffield as a Senior Residential Support Worker.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support our children and young people in their daily lives,ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

Our Senior Residential Support Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care.

You will lead children in activities, complete relevant paperwork, deliver personalcare, undertake household tasks, and where appropriate administrate medication.

When it comes to looking after our children, we never settle for second best.

We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker, who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to maketheir way in the world.


Already qualified to NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, able to work with emotional needs and challenging behaviour, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.

We are recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our new Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties home in Sheffield.

Our beautiful and homely residential setting provides 24/7 care for up to four young people within the home. Eachchild has their own room which they decorate to their individual tastes and cater for their requirements. The children could display a variety of challenges and be verbally or physically aggressive.

Therefore, we are looking for enthusiastic and caring peopleto help make a difference to these children regardless of the challenges you may be faced with.
