Our client is a London based Asset Manager looking to hire a confident and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team.

You will report directly into the CFO and be responsible for the efficient running of the front of house / reception.

This is a fulltime role based in London.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Switchboard management
  • Oversight of kitchen
  • Invoice management
  • Stationary management
  • Arrangement of travel and post services
