    Description

    Are you more into managing the sales process than actually selling houses in an estate agency? Do you have a solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process? If so, we have an unmissable opportunity for you!

    Our clients, a busy and successful independent estate agency, are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Progressor in the Mansfield area.

    What we offer:

    • Up to £22,000 Basic
    • Realistic OTE between £28,000-£32,000
    • Ongoing training and support
    • Career progression

    As a Sales Progressor, your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing sales from 'offer agreed' to 'completion'
    • Guiding clients throughout the sales progress
    • Delivering excellent customer service
    • Collaborating with fellow sales progressors as a team
    • Coordinating with all stakeholders during property transactions to provide updates and follow-up on progress
    • Communicating via telephone and email with clients and stakeholders
    • Meeting milestones and deadlines
    • Resolving challenges encountered during the sales process
    • Negotiating sales when necessary
    • Following up on paperwork, inquiries, and contracts
    • Working towards meeting pipeline conversion targets
    • Arranging completion dates between parties and branches
    • Providing weekly reports on sales activity
