Office Administrator - Sales and Estimating Support

Hours:37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm)


Duties :

Working with the Administration and Estimating Teams to provide administration support to help facilitate the efficient operation of the business.


Qualifications

  • PC Literate with Knowledge of Microsoft 36
  • Knowledge of Clerical and Administrative Procedures

Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration including Social Media Support
  • Database Administration
  • Look out Previous Job Files and Refiling
  • Prepare Job Instructions from Estimates Produced and Supplied Orders
  • Prepare Production Purchase Orders
  • Liase with External Suppliers
  • Other Adhoc Office Duties
