Description

Winter & Simpson are looking for a Pre Press Operator with a strong print background to join our fast paced Studio.

This role would be Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. Salary is negotiable depending on previous print experience.

Job Requirements

  • Carrying out digital file checking, preparation, impositions and output to various proofing and printing devices
  • Print / Packaging manufacturing experience
  • Platemaking experience
  • Experience of working with prepress workflows
  • Good knowledge of the print process is essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into actionable tasks
  • Knowledge of colour separations, press layouts, print specifications
  • Producing work on time to the highest standard, good attention to detail
  • Creative Design skills desirable but not required
