Are you passionate about the arts and looking to utilise your payroll and systems expertise to support in a vibrant team.

This Central London client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll and Systems administrator.

Supporting the wider team to ensure an accurate monthly payroll is delivered. Demonstrating your payroll expertise, systems improvements and being a vital team player.


Responsibilities:


  • Process payroll for all internal employees
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Manage and maintain the Cascade software
  • Collaborating with the HR and reward team
  • Staying up to date on UK legislation and compliance requirements
  • Supporting on projects relating to system enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a payroll related position
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve.
