Supporting the wider team to ensure an accurate monthly payroll is delivered. Demonstrating your payroll expertise, systems improvements and being a vital team player.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all internal employees
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
- Manage and maintain the Cascade software
- Collaborating with the HR and reward team
- Staying up to date on UK legislation and compliance requirements
- Supporting on projects relating to system enhancements and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a payroll related position
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve.
