To support the owners of the business they are now looking to recruit a high calibre Finance Director deliver effective financial control, on time and accurate reporting and detailed management information to support the strategic direction of the business.

The role will be hands on, providing accurate and effective financial control across the business with key responsibilities including but not being limited to:
Ø Ensuring smooth running of finances for the business
Ø Production of monthly management accounts
Ø Production of Statutory accounts and liaison with company auditors on all account and tax matters
Ø Assist the executive team to achieve their goals and objectives by accurate financial insight and analysis
Ø Treasury management including cash flow and forecasting
A fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA).

• Demonstrate a strong technical competency in financial accounting and reporting whilst also being able to produce highly accurate and insightful monthly management accounts. Have a strong commercial instinct, capable of supporting the business on commercial decisions.

The position will suit someone looking for an exceptional hands on senior finance opportunity in a recovering SME. The position is hands on but is also part of the senior team offering strategic influence and commercial direction.
This role is full time office based.
