The role:
This is an exciting time to be joining our Multi Academy Trust.
We operate from a Head Office based in Ashfield School with nine schools in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire along the M1 corridor and we are now looking for an ambitious administrator to join our growing team.
Your job title will be an Executive Administrator and this will include supporting the Executive Assistant with a variety of administrative tasks set by the Executive Team such as booking venues, meeting coordination and issuing diary appointments.
The role will also provide admin support to the Human Resources Team and the Health and Safety Team including preparing templates, risk assessments, minute taking and supporting with recruitment processes.
You will also be the first point of contact within the Trust, this includes answering the main telephone and greeting visitors.
