- Demonstrable experience in the design, implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors applications
- Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors application (EC, ECP, Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals)
- Excellent configuration and support knowledge of HR master data, structure, portlets and reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you're great at making concepts simple and easy to understand
- Experience in contributing to pre-sales activities
- Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration and customisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing and deployment
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- Assisting in pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, presentations and client discussions
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team
