Service Transition Executive - Core Data

Part Time - 18 Hours - Job Share

Wednesday PM, All Day Thursday and Friday

About the role


This will include delivering efficient operational support to the creation and maintenance of our master data as well as supporting customers with our Online portal.

Your duties will also encompass providing a focal point for the management, validation andcontrol of customer novation's, ensuring the data transferred is accurate.


Attention to detail is key, you will be switching between tasks at a fast pace and have the ability to adhere to strict processes and policies as you work.

About you


In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a variety of skills in your armoury.


You will engage with users of various levels of IT knowledge, some of whom are respected leaders in their field, so it's vital you have excellent communication skills, an ability to adapt to your audience and a desire to learn new skills.


  • You will need to be a PC literate, ideally with an understanding of the technical side of things.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and be a logical thinker who can problem solve to within strict timescales.
  • You will need a strong work ethic and have the confidence and competence to see work through to the end with mínimal supervision.
