Swindon - Hybrid - HR Services Team

About the role


As a HR Administrator you will provide administrative support for all HR functions, including payroll, generalist employee support, recruitment and HR systems.

You will be heavily involved in the maintenance and reconciliation of all HR systems.


HR Services function at Arval UK Swindon, offer incredibly varied and robust support to all functions of the business, as agreed with the Director of HR and other key HR stakeholders.


HR Services is a function that focus on providing a positive customer experience; you must have a passion for people, communication and delivering fantastic service to all.


Being an integral function to the rest of the business, at times the role can be unpredictable and fast paced, you will need to demonstrate an ability to adapt, as well as completing core tasks.

pay zone level A- Salary of up to £24,000plus bonus potential of £1,100 per annum

About you


As HR Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate a proven administration background with high focus on giving attention to the details.

Ideally we looking for administration experience within a HR function to enable you to hit the ground running.

You will be comfortable operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy. Tasks will at times be repetitive.

You must show resilience when working to tight deadlines; completing daily, weekly and monthly tasks within theallotted SLA with efficiency and accuracy.


As well as impeccable administration skills, this role will suit someone comfortable with building relationships, who enjoys influencing and persuading.


Key Skills Required

  • Drive to work proactively independently and as part of a team
  • Integrity maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
