We are seeking a proactive individual to join the Strategic Highways Maintenance Team.

The role involves supporting the delivery of planned highways maintenance works, conducting surveys and investigations, offering team assistance, and managing personal workload.

Applicants with relevant qualifications or technical experience in project managing highway maintenance are preferred, but we are open to candidates with transferable skills and a drive to succeed in this position.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with solid communication skills, some background in project management, and problem-solving abilities.

Training and mentorship will be provided, emphasizing attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to succeed over prior experience.

This role includes fieldwork and occasional out-of-hours work for supervision, with additional compensation.

A valid UK driving license is required, and you may need to use your own vehicle, compensated for mileage and provided with a parking pass as part of our grey fleet.
