This client we are working with is a growing Microsoft Partner focusing on both CRM/Business Central implementations and optimisations. They are in an exciting period of growth, and this makes it a great time to join the business.

CRM Consultant

Job Accountabilities
Effectively assist clients to configure Business Central/ NAV and 'Add on' software carrying out Full system walkthroughs as required, attending client sites UK wide as required in line with business need
Carry out essential project tasks such as GAP analysis, effective product handovers and signing off project milestones, verifying that configuration is appropriate based on client requirements and expectations

CRM Consultant

Experience Needed
Experience in Dynamics NAV/ BC
Experience in 1st and 2nd line support
Experience of Dynamics NAV/ Business Central as a 'Key User' or an implementation consultant
Proven experience in Design, Documentation, Install, Configuration, Testing, Training and Go Live
Recognised finance qualifications such as AAT level 3 desired
Experience in finance or partner channel desired
