HR Advisor (Strategic)| Leicestershire | Up to £18 per hour | 90% remote working

Macildowie is incredibly excited to be working EXCLUSIVELY with an education organisational based in Leicestershire to appoint a Strategic HR Advisor for an initial period of six months.

The role is unique because it is strategic in nature and includes a whole host of exciting projects and opportunities to get involved to really help shape the business.

The role is paying up to £18 per hour and offers real flexibility in terms of how often you are in the office and the hours you work.

Interviews for this post are being held ASAP so I would love to hear from you if you think you would be a good fit for the role.

Key duties might include:

Support HR projects and initiatives
Support change processes, guiding managers on best practice
Conduct research around policies and procedures
Legal research for projects and activities
Conduct job evaluations, job grading and researching the market supplementation
Support the HRBP with change management, workforce planning and data analysis
Public sector experience
Experience in some strategic elements
E.R experience with evidence of transferable skills for strategy based project
