Description

Reed Finance are working with a successful family-owned SME recruiting for a Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The offices are based just outside of Bristol city centre, with parking available on-site.

This is a varied and hands-on role with responsibilities including:

Managing and developing a small accounting team of
Quarterly VAT returns and P11D submissions.
Producing monthly MI including P& L forecasting and cash flow forecasting for the Group, adhoc reporting on various KPIs.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Responsible for payroll.
Managing the year end audit process and preparation of statutory accounts.
Treasury Management and capital asset management.
Supporting the leadership team and board in determining financial strategy.
Projects: analysing risk factors and advising on proposed implementations of Finance software.
Developing a risk framework, staff crosstraining, process documentation.
Formulating strategic and longterm business plans.
Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance and analysing competitors and market trends.
