Internal Sales Support / Aftercare Manager

Oldham - on site car parking

Salary £40,000 plus bonus opportunities and a generous benefits package


The UK and Ireland Internal Sales / Aftercare Manager will report to the UK and Ireland Regional Sales Manager and will lead a team of - Technical Support and Sales Aftercare / Order Administrators.


A key element of the role will be with your team to interface with Customers in respect of delivery of Sales Orders and Field Sales Reps to be them abreast of any issues - developments etc.

They are a market leader with a proud passion for their Brand and Customer relationships.


You will be involved with:

  • Staff Management including daily set up / guidance and support / up to date training / appraisals etc.


  • Endtoend Sales Order

  • Customer Account Management process
  • Logistics and the issues facing Import from Europe
  • Resolution of compliance issues including T's and C's
  • Working with Field Sales Reps / Customers and Board of Directors

You will need to bring:

  • Staff Management experience min c 1 / 2 years now office based.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Selfdrive
