Our Client is an Independent Recruitment organisation who works within the Driving / Logistics and Industrial / Warehousing sectors, with numerous branches across the South of England.

The company is growing rapidly and therefore all branches are being expanded and our client now seeks to employ a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant for the branch located in the Basingstoke area.

You must have experience within the Driving and/or Industrial Recruitment Industry delivering new business as well as account management
You must be able to hit the ground running
You must have good rapport building skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills required

Key responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:
Obtain maximum business levels by selling recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face
Offer a quality service to clients by selecting quality applicants through good job matching and tight control
Monitor performances to ensure clients are consistently satisfied.
Generate a good rapport with all user clients
Achieve targets and adhere to agreed work/ action plans

Fabulous basic salary depending upon experience up to £30K plus excellent commission, plus free car parking.
