- An opportunity has come up for a Band RMN to join our team in Ty Llywelyn, Male, Forensic Medium Secure Unit working within the North Wales Forensic mental health team. Ty Llywelyn specializes in the assessment, treatment, and support of individuals with a wide range of enduring mental health needs who have committed or at serious risk of committing a crime and require enhanced care in a secure environment.
- Admissions come from various areas including the prison service and high secure hospitals. Service users receive treatment and support to help them transition to lower levels of security or directly to the community. The unit benefits from experienced Consultants, Specialty doctors, dedicated Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, nurses, and Social Workers.
- We are seeking driven staff with a thirst for both personal and professional growth. We provide regular clinical and managerial supervision and support continuous professional development to offer you opportunities to advance and ensure that best practices are integrated into clinical care. We aid our staff through a well-structured Trust Induction, Mandatory Training, monthly professional and clinical supervisions, staff appraisals, a robust Preceptorship Programme, support for continuous professional development activities, Reflective Practice, staff meetings, psychosocial and team events like team away days.
