Our client are a manufacturer of industrial tools and household hardware based in Rotherham.
Description
The successful HR Administrator will:
- Be the main point of contact for first line HR related queries including general enquiries relating to contracts, offers, benefits, and pay. It will also include supporting with disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management
- Assist with end to end recruitment processes, including facilitating and attending recruitment events, and developing recruitment campaigns
- Support managers with varied ER caseloads
- Review and develop HR policies and procedures
Profile
The successful HR Administrator will have:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar HR Administrative position, ideally within manufacturing
- Experience of streamlining processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work load effectively
- Knowledge of UK employment law
- Pragmatic approach to work
- Good IT skills specifically across Microsoft packages
Job Offer
- Full time and permanent role
- Working hours are Monday-Thursday & 81 on a Friday
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
