Fully Remote Fire Safety Technical Manager - Residential Developer - £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are currently working with a leading residential developer, who are looking to expand their fire safety team by bringing in an additional Technical Manager.

The business has offices and developments across the UK. They are an industry leader, and have won awards ranging from resident satisfaction, to quality of work.

Responsibilities:

Other duties will include:

Managing the workload and development of Technical Coordinators
Liaise with other departments, ensuring all information required is shared efficiently
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding the projects and fire safety
Resolve daytoday issues that present themselves on a development, and where necessary provide feedback to the Technical Director
