We are now currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants to join a Special Needs Schools which has two different sites (Mill Hill & High Barnet)
- The site you will be working at will be discussed beforehand.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role is a Full-Time, Permanent post and you will be supporting children with Learning Difficulties and Autism.
There is a car park on site or there is available parking nearby but certainly a local bus route or train station nearby.
All schools will have a long-lasting relationship with RT Education, therefore you may be offered a contract with the school or a permanent position once you have proven yourself.

Person Specification
- Have experience as a SEN Teacher Assistant in a Special Needs School.
- Need to have a high level of understanding of Autistic Spectrum Needs and SEN.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Have a sensitivity and caring approach towards the children and act accordingly towards each child's needs.
- Needs to be flexible.
- Ability to work alongside teachers and parents.
