We are looking for a
BARISTA to join the Pure family.

This is a hands-on role, and you will be responsible for preparing our delicious 100% Arabica bean coffees (and all hot drinks) whilst providing great customer service.

In order to succeed in this role, you need be an outgoing, energetic person who demonstrates the same values that we live by at Pure - Thoughtful, Passionate, Inventive and Generous.

Working shifts:

Between 3am -10pm

What we are offering:

Salary up to £ 13.90 per hr (including £1/hr weekly team bonus after completing your training and £1/hr sales bonus).
Permanent contract (no zerohour contracts at Pure).

- £15 daily food and drinks allowance (£3600 worth of food and drinks per year).

Up to 28 days of holiday and an extra half day every 12 months (up to 32 days).

Responsibilities:

Preparing all the hot drinks according to the Pure standards.
Providing an exceptional customer service.
Training and coaching the coffee makers within the team.
Monitoring and controlling the stock and waste levels.
