Our client wants you to join their vibrant Customer Service team, they have roles in both of their Washington and Nottingham Contact Centres.
They are after enthusiastic, friendly and driven team players who enjoy problem solving and have a consistent positive outlook, whilst handling enquiries and complaints from their Customers and Advisors.
As a Customer Care Professional you'll need great communication skills, as you'll be liaising with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer order issues, and with their field based team to organise service calls to customer homes.
Decisionmaking is an important aspect of this role, as you'll be negotiating discounts in line with company guidelines, and must be able to handle complaints appropriately, whilst remaining professional and respectful at all times.
Here's some of the key responsibilities for the role:- Objection / complaint handling in a professional and respectful manner at all times
- Liaising with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer order issues through to a satisfactory conclusion
- Liaising with field based Advisors, Design Consultants, Installers and the Field Management Teams to organise service calls to customers properties
- Working with third parties to organise customer repairs.
- Negotiate discounts with customers in line with company guidelines
- Process compensation, credits and discounts
- Taking payments in line with PCI compliance
They will providefull training personalised to your learning style, so you get the most out of it and can flourish in your role.
The rate of pay for this role is £11.49 per hour working 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
