What we offer
With this role you will join the Digital Process Automation Excellence (DPAE) team within the DTC practice.

This team provides expertise and leadership in enabling transformation and delivering efficiencies through the design and implementation of improved processes and operating models.

With expertise in Automation, Business Process Redesign, Financial Decision Support, Procurement, and a wealth of experience in business execution through Project and Programme Delivery, our DPAE offerings are critical enablers to effective change.


About the role

  • As part of our growth strategy in the UK, we are looking to expand Digital Transformation Consulting's Project and Programme Management (PPM) practice and build a team of professionals with the expertise to deliver successful projects and programmes for our customers.
  • The Ministry of Defence (MOD) is a key client and we are specifically looking for individuals with experience in and a desire to work in the defence sector.
  • You will be able to become a Subject Matter Expert to improve not only your own skills and reputation but also that of Atos. As part of the PPM practice you will also be responsible for contributing to work of the practice, sharing learning and developing collateral for use by others.
  • You will have a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving and be able to plan and control your own work. You will also need to be able to build positive relationships with partners and clients and ensure robust delivery across your engagements.

Crucial skills and experience:


  • Organising large corporate conferences and events for over 200 people.
  • Stakeholder management and communications, creating and publishing communication messages using different channels.
  • Understanding of social media.
  • Experience working in Central Government.
  • The analysis of relevant reported data and information to inform and evolve the management of stakeholders.
  • Team player.
  • Knowledge and experience in use of Office 365 products.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively to meet deadlines.

Desirable criteria:


  • An interest in digital technologies.
  • Experience working in a consultancy.
  • Understanding of ISO 4400
  • Certification in a Project Management Methodology or Framework (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile etc).**How to apply
