London Trade Account ManagerA Global Luxury Interiors Brand are recruiting for a Trade Account Manager (London area) who will increase sales with our existing and dormant customers.
They will work as part of our UK sales team and will report directly to the UK Sales Manager.Role
The role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to grow our London sales during a time of
exceptional growth. We are looking for someone who can drive sales, manage, expand our existing
customer base, seek and open up new sales channels. This is both an office and field based role with
constant travel within the London area.
You will:
Implement a contact strategy ensuring accounts keep the Brand front of mind and are kept upto
date on new and existing collections.
Face to face external appointments presenting the brand, collection and new product launches,
Implement and contribute to an effective sales strategy to achieve company targets and objectives
Have a strong focus on London residential focused trade customers ensuring sales targets ad KPI's are
met
Expand our distribution network through new lead conversion, customer retention and dormant
customer re-engagement.
Follow up your quote and proforma pipeline to close sales, keep customers updated on here orders.
Maximize appointments to our showroom for existing and dormant customers.
Develop excellent customer relationships to grow account values.
Ensure a high level of customer retention, focus and satisfaction
Support our sales administration during certain periods of the year.
Produce monthly sales reports
Attend national trade shows and potentially international trade shows if required
You must have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a dynamic sales team servicing the luxury interiors market,
customer grow and retention and expanding sales channels. Happy to accept Sales Administrators who want to progress into a Trade Accounts role
Proven track record of closing sales.
Strong telephone and presentation skills, communication, and negotiation abilities
An outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM databases
Full clean driving license
This is a hybrid role with excellent benefits and commission / bonus
