The Role:

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious business support administrator to join an established team providing IT solutions and services, operating across all industries.

To provide business support across all departments
Review and comparison of current services invoiced and current contracts to identify quantity upsell opportunities
Process orders
Attend service review meetings as and when required and offer assistance where applicable with actions identified
Create ad hoc reports to assist the sales team, e.g Microsoft licensing overview
Review monthly reports from service and pro active to identify trends
Create upsell opportunities linked to identified trends
Assist in the creation and review of renewal contracts
Respond to queries in a prompt and accurate manner
Regularly monitor and update ConnectWise including the product catalogue and associated costs of services

Pivotal to the role is your ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers along with;
