Marketing Executive - Cornerstone

Location - Birmingham (hybrid)

Salary - Negotiable


Antser delivers transformational solutions to the health, education and social care sectors, in partnership with local authority and independent providers.

Its solutions range from assessment and consultancy to training and technology, all with one aim in mind - to deliver better outcomes.

Antser is made up of two distinct components; Carter Brown and Cornerstone Training and Support. Carter Brown is the UK's leading provider of independent psychological, psychiatric and social work assessments for child-related safeguarding. Cornerstone Training and Support is a Birmingham-based training provider offering conventional and Virtual Reality enabled training solutions. The group's VR-led 'behaviour change' training tool is widely used across health, education, social care and the police.

The programme enables learners to experience the impact of trauma, abuse and neglect through the eyes of a children and young people.


To support our continuing growth plan, we are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Executive to join our team and help take our marketing strategy to the next level through data driven insights, innovation and a collaborative approach.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver an engaging social media content strategy to grow our community of followers.
  • Assist in the management and implementation of our events strategy (physical and virtual) and provide marketing support accordingly.
  • Management of internal and external communications.
  • Create and manage digital and hard copy assets to support the sales team and events strategy.
  • Creation and optimisation of paid search campaigns (search and social).
  • Research and reporting to enhance our offering and campaign focus.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of the PR and communications strategy.

Personal and Professional Competencies:


  • Solid background in multichannel marketing.
  • Experience in social media management with the ability to grow and engage relevant audiences.
  • Experience in website management and SEO strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen and campaign management skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into actions.
  • Experience in building and managing effective paid search campaigns advantageous.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Adobe, Canva, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Hubspot etc. advantageous.
  • Experience in video editing and/or virtual reality advantageous.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a determination to deliver results.

  • Hybrid working (3 days a week from our Birmingham city centre office)
