The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a
Shift Leader to join the us, reporting directly to our Operations Manager, based at our Bradford Branch.

The main purpose of this role is to assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.

You'll provide leadership, guidance, and effective communication to ensure that production teams meet all key activities and ad hoc requests in a timely and accurate manner, whilst maintaining the high standards of Health & Safety adherence and product quality standards required by our customers.

You'll proactively work with all operational departments to ensure their needs are understood and acted on, looking for opportunities to continuously improve our standards.

The Person
You'll have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety systems, and procedures along with extensive knowledge of factory-based processes.

With the ability to work under pressure both on their own initiative and as part of a team, you'll have experience using SAP and Microsoft Office 365 with particular focus on Word, Excel and SharePoint being essential.
