Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and guidance to our valued customers.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product/service information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
  • Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction.

Skills:


  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate with customers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation

Salary:
From £23,896.59 per year
