Content and Communications Lead

On-site with potential for hybrid working.

Mon-Fri 37 hours
Can you create high quality content that engages our customers? Can you ensure communications through multimedia channels are relevant, compelling, and aligned to our business strategies?

This is a full-time role (37 hours, Mon-Fri) based in Ulverston, Cumbria with potential for hybrid working - up to two days per week.

The Role
ð Create and deliver targeted communications to existing, new and potential customers

ð Manage our communication (marketing) tools across multimedia channels including website, newsletter, and social media

ð Create engaging content to demonstrate Forge's broad ranging technical expertise

ð Assist with recruitment communications

ð Plan, manage and deliver communication campaigns including mailshots and exhibitions

ð Lead on CRM, dynamics, and data management

We're looking for someone who has;

ð Strong critical thinking and planning skills to deliver effective communication campaigns

ð Ability to digest technical information and meet tight timeframes across several projects

ð Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and simply to a wider audience

ð Ability to think through what specific customers in specific target markets want to hear/read

ð Excellent IT skills, possibly with specific SEO experience but definitely with the drive to learn

Salary:
£32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
