We are looking for a HR Operations Partner to join our dynamic and diverse HR team.

The HR Operations Partner role is vital to our continued success and will work closely with our key stakeholders to lead and manage all people management activity.

You will be providing high level HR support and advice in a challenging, fast paced and evolving environment.


Reporting into the Head of HR, the HR Operations Partner is tasked with supporting the Operations Team, via effective communication, explanation and interpretation of policies and procedures coupled with integrated support with L&D and recruitment.

The job holder's impact and contribution is to the long‐term development of the HR function in particular during an initial period of change and development embedding the role within the designated business unit.

As HR Operations Partner You'll be:

  • The HR contact for the managers in the business unit, proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes
  • Managing complex and difficult HR projects crossfunctionally
  • Providing comprehensive advice on Employee Relations matters; including legislation, policies and process.
  • Building strong business relationships with the internal client
  • Actively identifying gaps, proposing and implementing changes necessary to cover risks
  • Supporting the recruitment of key talents for the internal client
  • Advising, guiding, coaching, mentoring and supporting Operational Managers along with addressing skills gaps and enabling mentoring opportunities
  • Undertaking and supporting with redundancy and TUPE activity across the business
  • Maintaining HR reporting tools, to enable data analysis.

As HR Operations Partner You'll have:

  • Appropriate level of generalist and/or operational HR experience gained within a fast-moving, commercial organisation.
  • Experience of working within a team
  • Strong communication Skills and negotiation Skills
  • An excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong time management and priorities management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving kills
  • Ability to travel to regional sites when required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Human resources: 5 years (preferred)
