Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to kickstart your career in the dynamic field of recruitment? Recco is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our Aldgate office.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within recruitment or a related industry
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
