Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to kickstart your career in the dynamic field of recruitment? Recco is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our Aldgate office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within recruitment or a related industry
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
