- Regulate the site's compliance of the estates and engineering assets
- Guide and manage the electricians and maintenance team
- Interact with both internal and external stakeholders
- Qualifications with 17th and above editions of City & Guilds or NVQ
- HNC/HND or ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience working in large estates and using CAFM systems
