We are seeking to recruit an experienced qualified CBT therapist to provide a clinical service to children and their families referred to community CAMHS.


Our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) treats children and young people with a range of difficulties that are seriously impacting on their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

The post holder will provide high quality, specialist CBP to individuals and groups in a wide range of settings, including out patient clinics, home visits and schools.


The post holder will be an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and will also have a core qualification in either mental health nursing, clinical psychology, art therapy, family therapy or social work.

The person appointed will provide specialist assessments and therapy within the Team / Service at the same time as offering advice and consultation on clients psychological care to other colleagues and to other, non professional carers, working autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the teams policies and procedures.
