Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis for a growing retail brand based in Harrogate.


As the Finance Business Partner this role will report in to the CIMA qualified Head of Commercial Finance responsible for providing a business partnering service to internal stakeholders to effectively and efficiently analyse and manage commercial costsand activity.


Duties will include, however are not limited to, production of forecasts, short and long term financial modelling, developing of systems to support the understanding of profitability, discounts and costs whilst building relationships with stakeholders toassist with commercial decision making to include budget management, new product development, margin analysis and new business cases.


This is a brilliant opportunity for an ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified/finalist or newly qualified accountant looking for a commercial business partnering opportunity working for a fast paced retail brand.


The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home per week.


  • Be ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified/finalist or newly qualified accountant
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate commercial awareness
**£40,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus + ACCA/CIMA/ACA study support (if required) + 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + free on site parking for office days + pension scheme + flexitime hours + staff discounts + brand gifts
