The Role
**Finance Business Partner
£50,000 - £60,000
Hybrid working available**- The business requires a Finance Business Partner to head up the finance function, reporting into the Finance Director (based in the North) and the Site Director

The Finance Business Partner will have full responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, journals, accruals, prepayments, budgeting & forecasting
This is a stand alone role on site and the expectation is the Finance Business Partner will work closely with the operations/commercial areas of the business to understand and report on performance/profitability
The Finance Business Partner will need to extract and manipulate data in Excel, reporting on profitability, revenue, KPIs and presenting to the site leadership team in order to support operational/commercial decision making

Salary / Benefits:

Basic salary up to £60,000
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Death in Service x 40 hour working week
Hybrid working available 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

The Person:

Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
Strong management accounts experience
Engaging personality with the ability to work with colleagues outside of the finance function
Strong analytical and management accounting skills
