Overview
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be in the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Further development of existing inhouse MES system.
Assist in the Management of SQL Server databases.
Analyse, diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Develop automated reporting tools.
Compile supporting documentation for the developed solutions.
Plan, organise, and manage own time to meet project requirements.
Report project progress and risks to project teams and Software Team Leader.
Participate in code peer reviews with other members of software team.
Involvement with the complete solution lifecycle, including requirements review, design, implementation, testing, training, support, specifications, instructions, and change notes.

Skills, attributes & experience:

Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
Up to 2yrs experience working in a relevant role.
Experience using C#, ASP.Net, CSS, T-SQL / SQL server.
Some experience with JavaScript would be beneficial.
Experience troubleshooting SQL statements.
Knowledge of MS SQL server, database design, deployment, and maintenance.
Familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Strong technical, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and selfmotivated with a customer service ethic.
Ability to multitask and context switch effectively between different activities.
Flexible team player.
